FECO, or "RSO", is a cannabis oil composed of concentrated levels of terpenes and cannabinoids found in cannabis. Packaged in a syringe applicator, it can be applied either orally or topically, and can be even used in food as an edible. Because of its extremely high potency, it’s recommended that new consumers begin with a dose no bigger than half a grain of rice and wait one to two hours before ingesting any additional oil.
